Applying insights from Behavioural Sciences is intended to bring a more human-centric approach to the design and delivery of programs to improve their effectiveness and outcomes. By testing various interventions using randomized controlled trials (RCTs), Behavioural Insights helps identify the most effective no- or low-cost interventions to increase the effectiveness of programs. In this presentation, Meera Paleja discusses how Behavioural Insights have provided alternative approaches to tackling behaviour change challenges in the healthcare domain, and how this approach may be useful in achieving Choosing Wisely’s goals.
