Evidence demonstrates that habits and behaviors learned in training around evidence-based care and resource stewardship influence how physician’s practice throughout their careers. Tune in for our back to school Choosing Wisely Talks on September 7th to learn how residents and trainees are implementing the campaign in specialties such as radiology or through local quality improvement projects. We’ll be joined by Karen Born, who co-leads our medical education efforts and Dr. Christopher Hillis, a hematologist at McMaster University and postgraduate medical education specialist, as well as Dr. Neil Kalra, a radiology resident from Saskatchewan.
