Nurses play a crucial role in promoting evidence-based and patient-centred care. To build capacity and enhance the visibility of nursing within Choosing Wisely Canada’s initiatives, we are launching a new community of practice. This national forum will bring together nurses engaged or interested in Choosing Wisely initiatives, providing a platform to discuss recommendations, share implementation success stories and challenges, and identify collaboration opportunities with nursing professionals across the country.

The forum will meet virtually three times a year, with the first meeting scheduled for the end of September or early October 2024. If you are currently working on or interested in Choosing Wisely initiatives, we invite you to join this national collaborative and knowledge-sharing forum.
