The Ontario Hospital Association, in partnership with Choosing Wisely Canada and Health Quality Ontario, will be hosting a three-part webinar series to support Ontario hospitals that may be looking to start, or advance, their local Choosing Wisely efforts. The third webinar of the series, Diving into Overuse in Hospitals: Organizational Leadership & Culture Change, will be held on Thursday April 18th at 12 p.m. ET.

For this webinar we will be joined by two hospitals taking the ultimate plunge, integrating Choosing Wisely into their hospital’s culture and demonstrating transformative leadership, as described in Level 3 of the Starter Kit: North York General Hospital and Bluewater Health.

Participants will learn about strategies and approaches to achieving organizational buy-in as well as making Choosing Wisely a hospital-wide priority. This interactive webinar will give participants an opportunity to ask questions and participate in an emerging community of practice.
